In Spring 2023, the Cornell administration assembled a committee to develop guidelines and recommendations for using Generative AI for education at Cornell. Their final report evaluates the feasibility, benefits, and limitations of using generative AI technologies in an educational setting and its impact on learning outcomes. Our effort intends to develop norms and best practices around the use of GenAI in education.
