CUGA is an open-source, configurable generalist agent harness for the enterprise, ranked top-tier on AppWorld and WebArena benchmarks, demonstrating its ability to handle complex, real-world tasks at scale. In this session, we will cover CUGA’s harness capabilities, including configurable reasoning modes, flexible tool integration via OpenAPI/MCP/LangChain, a modular skills framework, an advanced knowledge engine, multi-agent orchestration, a comprehensive enterprise policy system with human-in-the-loop approval, memory-enabled learning, and a Python SDK for rapid deployment across multiple LLM providers.
